Dearest Calgary, I will be back.

Nearly every time I have left Calgary in the past, I've done so with zero remorse. Wind in hair, leaving a trail of dust for the city oil rich tasteless goons to suck on. This time though.... This time, I left slow enough to keep the dust down, looking into review mirror, sad to leave, the most amazing crew of friends I have come across living the city life, such a wonderfully tight supportive little community of music enthusiasts. So many inspiring individuals accelerating at full speed, which makes me so happy to see these individuals producing top quality music and making huge contributions to the thriving scene in Calgary. There is no way to begin to describe how privileged and lucky I feel to have become apart of this movement and feel incredibly grateful for the knowledge I have revived from a patient, encouraging group of people.

From the bottom of my heart I thank you.

This is my Gift back to you. My second tune I've ever embarked on, my first tune will eventually be shared but needs some serious re-mastering before it's time comes. All sounds in this track were synthesized by myself, even the percussion. My vision for my music is to be 100% all original sounds whether synthed or recorded with my zoom recorder and a high end condenser microphone, you can pretty much count on all my productions being completely original sounds,  just to make things that much more difficult. ;)

While this tune is nothing terribly special I feel like its a good step in the right direction and am feeling happy with the progression in the forever learning process of producing music. Thank you to everyone who help me with sit down sessions and providing feed back and knowledge in this journey. Respect and Love.

Now, I am setting up camp near Canal Flats in BC getting ready to stuff numerous trees into the ground while I try and make my way in this world. This particular camp IS my favorite place in the universe, the location, the people, the adventures. Leave me fullfilled and gratified every year. I feel like a better person. Words cannot explain. Season after season. The work is hard, but the pleasure exponentially out weighs the work. With good company, good conversation and even better celebrations which are numerous and the highest of quality.

I will back near the end of June in time to embark on all the summer adventures.

Can't wait to see you all again.
